Morehouse Parish 2024 Summer IT Bootcamp Stem Kit/Robotics Activity
Youth in the 2024 Summer IT Bootcamp had a week of fun and educational experiences. Students learned from Professor Anthony Allen about how to become Scrum Masters! They participated in a scrum activity and worked on a group project using stem kits. Students also learned about drones and competed in a drone competition on the last day!

Participants in the summer program had breakfast, lunch and snacks provided Monday - Friday, in addition to prizes. They also made connections with community leaders and other students and were introduced to careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture and Math (STEAM).
